It is designed for customers who need to be able to capture public content and/or messages sent to and from a given Facebook Page. This applies to regulated businesses of all sizes who communicate with their customers through Facebook.
What does it capture?
The Facebook for Business connector captures…
- Profile - All account profile information.
- Posts - All posts, including post attachments. This encompasses photos, videos, carousels, reels, GIF posts, links, stories, location tags, and feelings/activities.
- Post interactions - Reactions to posts, comments on posts, replies to comments, and reactions to comments.
- Messaging - All messages sent and received from the account Facebook page, including message attachments. This encompasses photos, videos, stickers, and voice notes.
