Feature Spotlight: Mobile Threading

Jamie Hoyle

Welcome to the first of our Feature Spotlight series, where we explore some of the top features of our new MirrorWeb Insight monitoring and surveillance platform. We’ve got a lot to share with you over the coming weeks, so sit back, relax, and get ready to dive into a world of Insight. We can't wait to show you what we've got in store!

One of the biggest complaints we hear about mobile communications archiving is the lack of context associated with captured messages. From WhatsApp to WeChat, trying to piece together how employees communicate is difficult without the right tools. Right now, the industry standard is to convert mobile messages to email threads, resulting in a poor reviewer experience that could allow non-compliant behaviors to go undetected.

That’s why we built our View in Thread feature. With MirrorWeb Insight, all communications are retained in their original format, and we can display mobile threads in their full context, with all attachments, images, and videos contained inline.

Check out the video below to see View in Thread in action:

Our new View in Thread feature is compatible with all forms of communication, from mobile messaging to social media. You can take action on each message in a thread separately, while still keeping all flagged and highlighted search content in one place.  This is just one of the ways MirrorWeb Insight allows you to shorten the review process, providing more context to your company's digital communications than ever before.
